Box 130 Gypsum, CO 81637 (970) 524-1744 The work to be performed generally consists of 1.5” mill and 2” overlay of US 6 between Alkali Creek and Skillman Gulch (approximately US 6 MM 145.4 to 147.1). US 6 will also be widened for another WB through lane between west of McGregor Drive to east of Earhart Drive. The project also includes drainage improvements near MM 146.9. The project also includes full depth asphalt removal of the existing Eagle Valley Trail, regrading in areas, and repaving with 3” of asphalt. The work will also include 1.5” mill and 2” overlay of US 6 between Schoolside Avenue and North Ramp Road (approximately US 6 MM 143.0-144.7) (Segment 2). Each Bidder shall file with his Bid a cashier s check, or a Bid Bond, in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The Bidder to whom a Contract is awarded will be required to furnish a Performance, Payment and Warranty Bond guaranteeing faithful performance. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive irregularities or informalities in any bid.
