As of November 7, 2023 this project was awarded to Les Moore Construction Inc. with the awarded amount of $74,322.70 The City of The Colony (the City) is accepting competitive proposals for a project consisting of the structural repairs of a pre-cast concrete wall with garage door opening of an existing precast loadbearing maintenance building. The repairs include removing the deflected wall panels, attaching a structural frame to the exterior of the damaged wall. Place bolts through the concrete wall to attach the frame and place two (2) drilled piers to the other side of the frame. Remove the door and other items attached to the wall and reattached as needed in order to achieve the final structural frame attachment Questions Due Date: Sep 5th 2023, 5:00 PM CDT
