Site work and addition to a mixed-use development in Bryan, Texas. Completed plans call for the addition of a power facility; for site work for a power facility; and power facility.
Scope of work includes but is not limited to civil work with the addition of a new 138kV breaker, switches, 33MVA power transformer, 12.5kV breakers and protection/control work with the addition of new cable, relay panels, testing and commissioning. Construction details such as foundations, grounding, etc., can be found in drawings package. Drawings are broken into 2 sets: 1 structural & engineering set and 1 protection & control set. Both sets include removal and addition drawings to aid with construction. Question Deadline: 08/14/2023 at 5:00 PM CT Estimated start date is September 2023 with an expected completion on March 2024. A contingency amount of 20% shall be included in this project. If the bid proposal amount plus contingency amount exceeds the value that requires a bid bond to be submitted, the 20% contingency amount shall be included in the bid bond. The right to accept any bid or to reject any or all bids and to waive all formalities is hereby reserved by Bryan Texas Utilities.
