Cooling Tower Replacement Wharton-Smith, Inc., is proudly the Construction Manager serving Orange County Public Schools, is soliciting proposals from prequalified subcontractors for the construction of OCPS Ron Blocker Educational Learning Ctr. Cooling Tower Replacement The project consists of: HVAC, Electrical, and Structural Steel for the removal & replacement of (2) 300 Ton Rooftop Chillers and associated steel support and screen wall, chemical treatment, controls, electrical and CHW pipe headers on the 9th story roof of the Ronald Blocker Educational Learning Center. A non-mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting & Walkthrough will be scheduled at a later date/time and will be located at 445 West Amelia Street, Orlando FL 32801. The RFI deadline is August 14, 2023. Please submit RFI s to comest@whartonsmith.com. Do not contact the Architect or Owner for information on this project. MBE/WBE Subcontractors & Suppliers are encouraged to participate.
