Description

Site work for a water / sewer project in Port Saint Lucie, Florida. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The project shall generally be defined and described as providing professional design services to the City of Port St. Lucie (City) for the development of construction drawings and permitting of the Hogpen Slough Stormwater Treatment Area (STA) Project. Engineer shall assist the City with the development of Construction Plans and permits to facilitate the project. Construction Plans shall be prepared in accordance with the standards established by the City of Port St. Lucie and reference Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) requirements, where appropriate. The scope shall include the following elements: o Design Survey o Environmental Report o Hydrologic and Hydraulic (H&H) Modeling and Drainage Report including Pollutant Load Reduction Modeling o Site Plan of the Stormwater Treatment Area (STA) o Construction Plan Preparation o Project Permitting o Geotechnical Exploration and Evaluation
