Plan availability on August 17, 2023. Reference Number 0000325601 Proposals must include a bid bond or certified check made payable to Huron Valley Schools for not less than 5% of the contract and must be submitted on the bid proposal form furnished with the specifications. All proposals will remain firm for a period of 60 days and provide performance/labor and material bonds upon award. The Board of Education reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, either in whole or in part, to award contract to other than the low bidder; to waive any irregularities and/or informalities; and in general to make awards in any manner deemed to be in the best interests of the owner. No bids may be withdrawn for at least 60 days after the bids are opened. All bids must be submitted in duplicate, on the forms provided in the bid packet.
