General Construction work including Furnace Replacement and Kitchen Renovations for the Camden Housing Authority's Capital Fund Program Grant. 1. TYPE OF BID: Lump Sum with unit prices. 2. SUBMISSION: Bids must be submitted on the form provided with Bid documents or a facsimile thereof and shall be delivered in a clearly identified sealed envelope. Envelope will include all information required in "Instructions to bidders." Information regarding bidding procedures is covered in the "Instruction to Bidders" division of the specifications. All bidders must comply with the requirements of the Contractor's Licensing Law of the State of Arkansas. No Bidder may withdraw his bid within 30 days after the date of actual bid opening without the consent of the Owner. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any informalities. Proposals which fail to comply fully with any provisions of the Contract Documents will be considered invalid and may not receive consideration.
