Reference Number 0000327221 Questions are submitted online No No questions will be answered while the bid opening is in progress The City of Yonkers is soliciting a bid for a one-time purchase of 560 each, 50-pound bags, of white granular thermoplastic pavement marking per NYS/AASHTO specifications. This is a rebid of RFB-7019. Due to an error on the Bid Schedule of Prices, the estimated quantity was listed as 560 lbs. The unit of measure should have been bags: 560, 50-lb. bags. Due to this error, bidders submitted various pricing that could not be readily rectified, thus nullifying the bid. The City reserves the right to reject any bid if the information required by the City is not submitted as required or if the information submitted fails to satisfy the City that the Bidder is responsible, or is able or qualified to carry out the obligations of the Contract, or to complete the Work as contemplated.
