Site work and paving for a road / highway in Cary, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

As of November 7, 2023, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. Higgins Greenway Phase III includes +/- 4,550 LF of new greenway, which varies in width between 6ft and 12ft. The Greenway Extension includes six (6) cast-in-place retaining walls, decorative brick columns, gates, and fencing in the Hillcrest Cemetery, and two trail heads with information kiosk and stamped concrete paving. Ornamental landscaping will be installed along certain portions and the remaining areas of disturbance will be stabilized with permanent groundcover seeding.
