Reference Number 0000330632 Purchase Type Duration: 1 Year Option: With an Option to Extend It is the intent of the City of Rochester to establish a term contract for in-shop and on-site parts and repairs, and parts purchases on an over-the counter basis and for Genie and MEC Lifting Equipment. Bidders may bid on one or both Groups which pertain to their operation and/or inventory levels. The City currently owns the following: Genie-Z34/22 IC Articulated Boom Man Lift, 3 units MEC 2033 ES Man Lift, 1 unit Genie-GS-2632 Platform Lift, 1 unit The City reserves the right to purchase on the open market the replacement for any defective part not replaced by the vendor within 48 hours after notification to the vendor of such defect. In such instance any excess re-procurement cost may be deducted from monies owed to the successful bidder.
