All proposals must be on file with Stone County School District prior to the opening time as stated above. All proposals must be sealed and clearly marked on the outside of the envelope as indicated "Additional CTE Classrooms for Stone High School" to be opened on {insert bid date here}. Envelopes not so marked are submitted at the risk of the Bidder and the School District assumes no responsibility for the premature opening of same by any School District employee.
