Renovation of a parking garage in Granite Falls, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a parking garage.

The Western Area Power Administration (WAPA) requires a contractor to perform services for the replacement of the existing asphalt roofing shingles at the Granite Falls Garage. The required services, as described further in this Work Statement (PWS) include but are not limited to the following: Replace the existing roofing shingles at the Granite Falls MN Garage. 1.1.1 Existing roofing for replacement: - The existing building is a 30' x 30' wooden membrane roofing system. - Existing roof consists of a plywood roof, underlayment roofing material, and asphalt shingles. 1.1.2 Demo and remove existing asphalt shingles, underlayment, drip edge starter strip and haul away. 1.1.3 The existing roofing has had several damage repairs by adding new shingles that have been blown off and also repairs by placing adhesives to prevent possible leaking, ensure all of this material is removed and hauled away. 1.1.4 Inspect plywood to determine if there are any areas that need to be repaired, conduct repairs as required. 1.1.5 Install new drip edge, underlayment/felt, starter strip and asphalt shingles. 1.1.6 Shingles should be of good quality to withstand high winds and other elements such as hail. 1.1.7 New shingle color can match exiting or brown color. 1.2 Material 1.2.1 See above. 1.4. : 2005 Palmer Creek Rd.
