Reference Number NB-EFN-SFS-23 The question deadline extended to August 25th, 2023 at 4 PM. The community of Elsipogtog First Nation is a community located in New Brunswick, along the north bank of the Richibucto River, approximately 90 kilometers north of Moncton. Based on recent statistics, the community population is approximately 2660 persons. Elsipogtog is investigating the ability to develop land within the community to meet population needs over the next 25 years. Based on opportunity and growth, EFN is seeking to locate viable housing lots within the community. Colliers Project Leaders, on behalf of Elsipogtog First Nation, is assisting with this Request for Proposals to prepare a Subdivision Feasibility Study to guide EFN in shaping the future of the community from a housing perspective.
