Lee County Board of County Commissioners, hereinafter referred to as "COUNTY", seeks to contract for professional consulting services to provide a Construction Engineering and Inspection (CEI) CONSULTANT for contract administration, inspection and materials sampling and testing for the project known as Bell Boulevard Sidewalk Construction from SR 82 to Sunrise Boulevard in general accordance with Lee County and Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) policy, procedures, and requirements. It has been determined that the specifications and scope of work within this solicitation are adequate to describe the product or services being requested.
