GPISD reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, the right to negotiate with any proposers after submission of proposals, and at its discretion, may waive any formalities or minor irregularities regarding the proposals. A Proposal Security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the proposal amount is required. If stipulated in the Proposal Documents, the Proposer shall furnish bonds covering the faithful performance of the Contract and payment of all obligations arising thereunder. Bonds may be secured through the Proposer's usual sources.
