Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Williamsburg, Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The Work under this Project consists of the improving and expanding an existing RV/Boat Storage Parking Lot. The design proposes two phases of expansion. The first phase roughly follows existing cleared limits, and the second phase will increase parking capacity further east to a previously developed area that is currently not utilized by the park and has naturalized overtime. Each phase proposes installing a gravel pad to serve as parking lot drive aisles and stalls. The site will be graded to send the majority of storm water to the western edge, where a level 1 constructed wetland will treat water before releasing into a jurisdictional waterway. A small portion of storm water will be released as sheet flow along the eastern edge of the facility into proposed conserved open space. This work only includes Phase 1 of the project. The total limits of disturbance proposed are 4.96 AC. All supervision, labor, materials, equipment, tools, and other appurtenances and/or incidentals required and any other work required as specified in the Contract Documents, shown on the Drawings, or otherwise required to complete the work of this contract in accordance with the Contract Plan/Drawings and Specifications.
