The Las Vegas-Clark County Library District is soliciting Bid Proposals from qualified and experienced contractors to provide comprehensive landscape maintenance services under a single agreement for seventeen (17) District facilities. Contractors shall have a current Nevada Contractor's License Classification (C10) at the time of Bid Proposal opening. The deadline for questions pertaining to the Bid is 4:00 PM (PST) on Monday, August 14, 2023. The final Addendum, if required, will be issued no later than 4:00 PM (PST) on Wednesday, August 16, 2023. Selected Proposer shall provide certificates of insurance within seven (7) business days of Notice of Intent to Award. If the Provider does not provide on or before the 7th business day, fails to keep policies in effect, or allows them to lapse, the Provider will pay to the Owner $1,000.00 per day as liquidated damages. OWNER reserves the right to reject any and all bids received by reason of this request. OWNER reserves the right to waive any minor informality or irregularity. Pre Bid Meeting Event : To be eligible, Bid Proposers are REQUIRED to attend the Pre-Bid Conference and ALL facility walk-throughs.
