Remodeling and renovation of a military facility in Jb Pearl Harbor Hickam, Hawaii. Completed plans call for the remodel of a military facility.
This Design-Build Task Order is to replace the existing DX Split system and also provide a new back-up DX Split system, along with incidental work. The project duration is a total of 517 days, this includes 300 days for Deisgn & 217 days for Construction. This is Prevailing Wage. The Government is requiring that Contractors hold pricing for 60 days. Trades required: Office Trailer, Portable Restrooms, Temporary Fencing, Temporary Cooling, Sustainability Reporting, Demolition, Concrete Coring, Modified Bitumen Roofing Repairs, Joint Sealants, Firestopping, Acoustical Ceilings, Resilient Flooring, Painting, Sound & RF Mitigation, Plumbing, HVAC, Air & Water Balancing, Electrical & Fire Alarm Modifications. NAVFAC SW - D/B HVAC Replacement & Redundancy Installation The estimated price range of this work is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. No questions will be answered at the site visit. Contractors shall email all inquiries and RFIs to Brandon Fujinaga at brandon.y.fujinaga.civ@us.navy.mil no later than 2:00 P.M. H.S.T. on Tuesday, 25 July 2023.
