Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a playground / park / athletic field in Laconia, New Hampshire. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and for paving for a playground / park / athletic field.

1. Perform miscellaneous repairs to existing track surface. Including separated seams, cracks, tears, and edge delamination. 2. Provide and install two coats of Red Polyurethane Structural Spray at a total rate of 3.6 lbs. per square yard to existing track surface area. 3. Line striping and marking track. "As Built" 4. Project to be managed by an ASBA Certified Track Builder, and all work to be performed by manufacturer's specifications. Location: Opechee Park, 879 North Man Street, Laconia NH 03246 When a construction or service contract is awarded in excess of $25,000 performance and payment bonds, satisfactory to the City and executed by a surety company authorized to do business in New Hampshire, are required in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the price specified in the contract for the full term of the contract. The City of Laconia reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all proposals or any part thereof, to waive any formality in the process, and to accept the proposal considered to be in the best interest of the City. Failure to submit all information called for may be sufficient grounds for disqualification. The City of Laconia reserves the right to cancel this request at any time for any reason.
