Demolition, site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Stamford, Connecticut. Working plans call for the construction of a educational facility.
In 2023, The City of Stamford was the recipient of State of Connecticut grant funding to build a new kindergarten through eighth-grade school on the current 10-acre site at Roxbury Elementary School. The existing school will remain in operation during the construction of the new building. The new construction is targeting opening for the school year of 2028. As of January 27, 2026, a design firm and Construction Manager have been selected. Construction is expected to start in the summer of 2026.
