The following scope of work provides a summary of work and the equipment necessary for the cleaning and redevelopment of Well Nos. 1 and 2, and the inspection of the entire pump assembly for Well Nos. 1 and 2. Please contact Mr. Tim Ritchie at (517)264-4828 or tritchie@adrianmi.gov with any questions. The City of Adrian reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities. Any deviation from specifications must be so noted. All bids must contain descriptive literature and warranty information. The City of Adrian has a local preference policy. No contract shall be made with any person, firm or corporation in default of the city All contractor must sign the City of Adrians Professional Service Contract and provide Liability Insurance and Performance Bond. All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked on the outside, Wells #1 & #2 Screen Cleaning and Pump Inspection
