Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Garner, North Carolina. Design plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

This project includes adding parking, street and sidewalk improvements in Downtown Garner. The improvements consist of street and sidewalk improvements along the west side of Pearl Street from the Garner Baseball Complex frontage to Main St and improvements along Parker Street from the eastern boundary of new townhomes to N Montague Street. Along with development, these connections help complete the road and pedestrian network in the area. Pearl Street Townhomes, a private development, will improve the east side of Pearl Street and remaining section of Parker Street. Along with these street improvements, additional angled parking will be added along Main St from N Montague Street to Purvis St. As of August 30, 2024, this project is included in the Town of Garner's FY-2025-2029 Capital Improvement Plan. It is currently in the design phase and construction is anticipated to begin at the beginning of 2025. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
