General Requirements - Bid Deposit Required A certified check or bid bond for a sum of not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the Proposal will be required with each bid. The contract shall be awarded within 30 days of the bid opening date. The Contract will be awarded for FY 2023-24 starting July 1 2023- June 30th 2024. Work is to be scheduled in the fall and spring of the contract year with an estimated 5000 cubic yards to be removed. The City reserves the right to accept or reject all or any parts of any and all bids, to waive irregularities and to award in the best interests of the City of Midland.
