Work shall be completed within all guidelines and specifications of an NFPA 13 sprinkler system. A site visit will be required prior to work beginning. The Housing Unit has a wall height of eleven (11) feet, six (6) inches with a peak of ridge at seventeen (17) feet Before any work is to take place, Contractor shall submit the plans to the Fire Marshal for approval. New sprinkler system will need to be connected to existing water system. According to code, the main housing unit as well as the Insulated Shed (Rec. Area) will need the installation of the new NFPA 13 Sprinkler System. To furnish all labor, tools, equipment, and materials necessary to install a new NFPA 13 sprinkler system in a forty-five by forty-nine (45 x 49) foot dormitory and a forty-five by thirty-two (45 x 32) foot recreational area.
