Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Hanover, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The Town of Hanover (hereinafter the Town) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors (hereinafter referred to as Proponent) to supply labour, material and equipment necessary for the design, supply and installation of playground equipment at the Robert Steers Memorial / Legion Park at 617 - 14th Street Hanover, ON. A recent playground equipment inspection resulted in the removal of several playground pieces that were no longer CSA compliant from this mature playground. Only one (1) Little Tykes Play structure and two (2) ground climbable dinosaur structures will remain resulting in limited play opportunities at this site. The remaining play structures will be maintained and the Town is seeking opportunities to enhance the play value of this space. Proposals shall provide two (2) options based on varying budget upset limits and shall include a variety of play equipment options to accommodate users aged 5 to 12 years to enhance play value for this neighbourhood park. The proposal shall include two (2) options for consideration: Option 1 shall be based on a budgetary upset level of $40,000. Option 2 shall be based on a budgetary upset level of $20,000.
