(a) The Contractor, in consideration of the sums of money herein specified to be paid by CRAA to said Contractor, shall and will at its own cost and expense furnish all the labor, materials, supplies, tools and equipment for the scope of work for (base bid and/or alternate(s)) for CMH Terminal Area Wetland Removal and Restoration at John Glenn Columbus International Airport in accordance with the Contract Documents, all of the Work to be fully completed to the satisfaction of CRAA.
(b) The Contract Documents include this Contract, the conditions of the contract (General, Supplementary, and other Conditions), Drawings, Specifications, Schedules (Insurance and time/progress), Addenda issued prior to execution of the Contract, and Modifications issued after execution of the Contract. A Modification is (1) a written amendment to the Contract signed by both parties, (2) a Change Order, (3) a Construction Change Directive or (4) a written order for a minor change in the Work.
(c) The Contract Documents do not include other documents such as bidding requirements, advertisement, or invitation to bid, instructions to bidders, sample forms, the Contractors bid, the Subcontractors bids, or portions of Addenda relating to bidding requirements The Scope of Work includes removal of stormwater ditch wetland/aquatic material, topsoiling, seeding, and mulching. The engineers estimate for this project is $479,300. .
