Industrial Building with supporting outbuildings Applicant: Sumter Economic Development Board This site is known as the Pocotaligo Industrial Park. The site is owned by the City of Sumter and managed by the Sumter Economic Development Board. Submitted plans show construction of +/- 533,000 sq. ft. main building on a +/- 54.4 acre portion of the larger Industrial Park site with additional manufacturing support structures adjacent to the primary building. The development plan includes parking necessary to support the end user, in accordance with Ordinance requirements for manufacturing facilities, once the final usage details are identified. This project represents initial concept plans for the purposes of securing commitments from potential industrial user. Additional site development design details will be completed by the end user prior to occupancy and use of the site
