**As of September 13, 2023, the project has not yet been awarded. The anticipated date for award is not yet determined. Construction of a new masonry garage building with manufactured stone and cementitious siding finishes and asphaltic roof shingles. Project also includes an interior build-out, asphalt and concrete paving, site restoration, and new utility services. Each proposal submitted must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond, made payable to the Bethpage Water District, in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid, The Contractor shall furnish a Performance Bond and a two (2) year Maintenance Bond each in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the total contract price as security for his faithful performance of this Contract, The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any informalities and to accept such bid which, in the opinion of the Owner, is in the best interests of the Owner. complete the work in the manner and within three & sixty-five 365 calendar days from notice to proceed.
