Mics steel components. Reinforced concrete/masonry foundation systems and slab on grade construction. Foundation drain systems and stone fill. Dimensional Shingle roofing over 30 LBS underlayment and plywood roof deck. Roof structure of scissor trusses. Finish carpentry - Casework and wood trims, solid core doors and hollow metal door frames / and insulated exterior clad doors; and insulated overhead aluminum clad doors. Fiberglass/ Foam thermal insulations, aluminum guttering and down spouts/ miscellaneous steel fabrications. Drywall systems, painting, Forced air H.V.A.C., Plumbing and fixtures, electrical service and fixtures. Site development/, site excavation for building foundations and site utilities( gas service line, by gas company to the new meter) and sanitary sewer extensions.
