Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Two Rivers, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Project was awarded to Seiler Bros Construction, Inc. but awarded amount is not indicated. This project will consist of removing and replacing sidewalk at various locations throughout the City of Two Rivers. Estimated major quantities are Remove and Replace Sidewalk/Driveway 4,900 SF Sawing Concrete Sidewalk, full depth 200 LF All bids shall be on the bid proposal form furnished by the City accompanied by a certified check or bid bond equal to at least 5% of the bid payable to the City of Two Rivers, as a guarantee that, if his bid is accepted, he will execute and file the proper contract, performance and payment bonds and certificate of insurance within the time limited by the City. If the successful bidder so files the required contract documents, upon the execution of the contract with the City, the check or bond shall be returned No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of forty-five (45) days after the scheduled time of opening bids The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids
