Camera quality to be minimum 2.1MP/1080p 1/3" image sensor at real-time 30fps a. Goal is for camera image quality to be such that images are to be clear enough for prosecution should damages warrant such action. 3. Cameras to have an IP encoder and camera network video recorder (NVR), with a minimum 5-year warranty. a. Provide comment about the ability for remote viewing with smart phones. 4. Any solution will need to have the ability to capture and export images. 5. Any solution will need to have the ability to add analytics to analog cameras in the future. 6.
