Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Beavercreek, Ohio. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

This project involves the widening of Kemp Road from Meadowcourt Drive to Bluewing Drive. The existing two (2) lane section of Kemp Road will be widened to a three (3) lane section. This will include one through lane in each direction and a two way left turn lane. Along with this widening, the asphalt path will be replaced with an eight (8) foot sidewalk installed along the north side of the roadway. A five (5) foot sidewalk will be installed along the south side of the roadway. This roadway will also be improved with curb and gutter and storm sewer work throughout the project. Right of way plans and legal descriptions are currently complete. The project right of way clearance date is currently September 12, 2026. There are approximately 37 parcels with ROW takes expected.
