The reroofing work consists of 18,332+- SF area of asphalt shingle replacement with added attic ventilation, metal gutters & downspouts, and miscellaneous roofing details and minor repairs. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish a satisfactory Performance Bond and Payment Bond, and certain Insurance Requirements. Although evaluation of received Bids will consider lowest cost, Sevier County Board of Education (SCBOE) has no obligation to make an award based on lowest cost alone. Lowest cost will be considered among several factors, including, but not limited to, integrity, performance, licensing, certification, specialized experience, legal compliance, financial solvency, industry reputation, technical capability and prior experience with the Board or Architect. SCBOE will also consider responsiveness to the Instructions to Bidders and compliance therewith.
