Erie Community College intends to award this bid within two weeks of bid opening date. Contractor may request a price adjustment no more frequently than once each contract term. A price adjustment request must be made in writing and be approved by the college Business Manager. The request must include the reason for the request and documentation supporting the request (i.e., prevailing wage increases, commodity increases). The Business Manager may use available indexes (CPI or PPI) to determine if the requested price adjustment is reasonable. Check unit for correct operation and that the mode switch functions correctly. 2. Clean track rollers and counter rollers. 3. Check adjustment of counter rollers. 4. Clean floor track or rail and check for damage or misalignment. 5. Check doors for correct alignment to the door frame. 6. Check and adjust floor guides where necessary. 7. Check smooth running of doors manually. 8. Check toothed belt/chain for damage and adjust as necessary for correct tension. 9. Check end gear assembly for wear. 10. Check door end stop positions. 11. Check wiring is tidy and secure, and that insulation is complete and not chaffing. 12. Check that all mechanical parts are secure. 13. Check that all batteries or fuses are correct type for unit and replace when needed. 14. Clean safety light beams. 15. Clean and check infra-red safety curtain. 16. Check operation of activation devices and adjust as necessary. 17. Check operation of safety circuits. 18. Check operations of overhead sensors. 19. Check radio push plates for damage
