The scope of work of the item being sought to purchase is: This project is the first phase of construction at Spaulding Ranch. It includes a new roadway and signage along the north edge of the site. A water line, sewer line, and electrical conduit is included. A section of N. Glenwood Street is being reconfigured as a part of this improvement. The City of Boise reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive any irregularities in the Bids received and to accept the bid(s) that are in the best interest of the City. Boise City is an Equal Opportunity Employer. The City of Boise is exempt from Federal and State taxes and will execute the required exemption certificates. Question Submission Close Date 8/29/2023 7:00 PM MDT The anticipated start date for Spaulding Ranch is October 9th. The completion date is to be be 240 days from that date which is Wednesday June 5, 2024. The engineers estimate is : $1,507,372.00
