The project is generally described as a columbarium expansion, including up to 4,800 columbarium niches, new committal service shelter, new cortege staging lane, and associated site improvements. All manufactured products used in the project must be made in the United States. The cost of components of the U.S. manufactured product must be greater than 60% of the total cost of all components). The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
