Remove and dispose of the existing 15-ton AC Trane condenser
o Remove and dispose of the existing 15-ton AC Trane evaporator coil.
o Disassembly will be required to remove and replace the evaporator coil
o Provide and install a new 15-ton Trane condenser unit to replace existing.
o Provide and install a new 15-ton Trane evaporator section unit to replace the existing as part of
the existing AHU-2
o Provide and install a new line set from the condenser to the new evaporator
o Provide and install necessary refrigerant, refrigerant piping, TXVs, and specialty components
o Reconnect to the existing electrical circuits
o Start and check the operation of the new system
o Install guardrails along the corner of the roof Workers' Compensation and Employer's Liability Insurance

Furnish owner with Contingent Liability Insurance Policy with coverage and liability limits the same as
