Final Questions due August 9, 2023 by 5:00 p.m. The City of West Palm Beach is accepting bids from qualified and responsible Small Business Enterprise (SBE) contractor(s) to enter into a term contract to provide lot clearing services on an as needed basis. Contractor shall furnish all labor, material and equipment to remove trash and debris, mow lawns, trim weeds, trees, shrubs and bushes on properties located within the City of West Palm Beach. The City has sheltered this bid for City-Certified Small Businesses only. The Procurement Division must receive bids no later than the time indicated above. The time of receipt shall be determined by the time clock located in the Procurement Division. Bidders are responsible for ensuring that their bid is stamped by Procurement office personnel by the deadline indicated. ENVELOPES CONTAINING BIDS MUST BEIDENTIFIED WITH THE BID NUMBER, SEALED, and marked in the lower left-hand corner with the firm name, ITB title, bid submittal deadline date and time. Bids must be in accordance with the provisions and instructions in this document. Please read the entire solicitation package carefully. Firms shall submit one (1) original, two (2) copies and one (1) electronic copy (on flash drive) of the bid to the Procurement Division at the time and date specified. The ITB and any addenda provided directly by the City's Procurement Division and posted on the only official procurement documents. The City does not post procurement solicitations on other third party sites, and is not responsible for the content posted on any third party site other than the City's website .
