Questions Due Date: July 17, 2023 by 5:00 PM Submit to the Question Response Date: July 24, 2023 Responses provided to plan holders The Hudson River Park Trust is pleased to invite qualified landscape architect led teams to submit proposals in response to this RFP for Design and Related Consultant Services for W. 29th to W. 46th Street Landscape and Esplanade located in Hudson River Park. The team shall provide comprehensive planning, design and phased construction document packages, and construction administration services, as further detailed in the RFP. Disciplines and specific services needed include but are not limited to: (a) Traffic and Transportation Planning and Engineering; (b) Civil, Structural, M/E/P, Geotechnical, Environmental, and Marine Engineering; (d) Ecological, Lighting, Irrigation, and Wayfinding Design; and (e) Cost Estimating, Expediting, and Specification Writing. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
