Site work for a water / sewer project in Columbia, South Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Replace approximately 120' of underground condensate line at McKissick Museum. Small and minority business participation is highly encouraged. Performance, Payment required. CONSTRUCTION COST RANGE: $ 45,000.00 to $ 55,000.00 Scope of Work: 1. Install 6' high construction fence with windscreen around perimeter of project. 2. Excavate existing 2" condensate line from McKissick to steam vault, provide and replace with new 2" schedule 80 carbon steel pipe. Approximately 120' 3. Provide and install 2" thick foam glass insulation with vapor barrier. 4. Provide and install 1/2 " thick pipe anchor outside steam vault and building, poured in concrete. 5. Provide and install new valves at tie in points. 6. Provide and install seals at building wall and vault wall. 7. Backfill, compact and dress area disturbed. 8. Replace pavers to original condition after completion of backfill. 9. Test and commission
