Renovation of a multi-residential development in Marblehead, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
A. The work under the Contract consists of: 1. Obtain all permits, inspections and approvals; 2. Selective demolition of items as noted or shown; 3. Provide all panelboard retrofits as scheduled; 4. Provide all loadcenter replacements and retrofits as scheduled; 5. Provide all circuit breakers as scheduled; 6. Provide surge protection devices as noted; 7. Provide all nameplates and signage as shown or specified; 8. Provide all coordination with the serving utilities and AHJ for power disconnection and restoral as required; 9. Perform all base bid work, and alternate work as accepted by the Owner. Refer to Section 01.23.00 Alternates for list 10. Testing, commissioning and demonstration of all systems; 11. Warranty. 12. Patching or plating of all openings where devices are removed or surfaces otherwise impacted, 13. All Work included in the specifications unless specifically indicated as not to be done. The participation goals for this project shall be 15.3% for minorities and 6.9% for women. Replace/retrofit apartment and boiler room load centers at Powder house development and retrofit apartment load centers, panelboards and distribution equipment at the Roads School development PROJECT ADDRESSES: Roads School 26 Rowland Street, and Powderhouse Court,Marblehead, MA 01947 Federal Pacific Electrical Panels Replacement at the Powderhouse Apartments, 667-1 and Roads School Apartments, 667-5 Developments.
