PAVING INDEFINTE DELIVERY INDEFINITE QUANTITY RFP Project Title: Paving IDIQ A. Request for Proposal (RFP) for a Contractor to provide Paving construction services at Arnold Air Force Base (AFB), TN. B. The proposed contract(s) shall be Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP), Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) construction contract with a period of performance (PoP) of five years after the contract start date (no options). C. This acquisition is a 100 percent Small Business set-aside program. The assigned NAICS Code is 237310 Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction, small business size standard of $45M. D. Magnitude of this contract(s) program will not exceed $7,000,000. E. Projects under the resulting contract will be issued in the form of Task Orders. G. A Government representative will provide guidance upon arrival. Offerors are responsible for their own personal protective equipment.
