Renovation of a fire / police facility in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
The Project will consist of an interior renovation of an existing Fire Station. The renovation shall consist of renovating an approximate 675 square feet of existing training room, general storage and restroom. The Proposer shall secure and submit with Bid Proposal Form a Bid Bond in the amount of Five Percent (5%) of the Total Bid Amount. Payment Bond (100% of Contract amount for contracts $25,000 or over) Performance Bond (100% of Contract amount for contracts $100,000 or over) The work to be performed under this Contract shall begin upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed, and shall be substantially completed within 365 calendar days Construction is currently anticipated October 2023 - March 2024 Bidding documents consist of all documents bound into or referenced in the Project Manual, the Drawings, and Addenda related thereto. The Project Manual contains the Bidding Requirements, Sample Forms, conditions of the Contract, the Specifications and a list of Drawings and Schedules, some of which are bound into the Project Manual (Other Drawings and Schedules are bound separately).
