The Housing Authority of the City of Meadville reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informality in the bidding. Prevailing wage rate determined under State Law to any of its own employees who may be engaged in the modernization of the project; and neither the basic hourly rate nor any fringe benefits comprising a prevailing wage rate determined under State Law shall be enforced against the Housing Authority or any of its Contractors or Subcontractors with respect to employees engaged in the modernization of the project. The successful bidder will be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory performance and payment bond or bonds.
