The City of Fremont Public Works Department maintains approximately 500 centerline miles of local roads, which contain an estimated 85,000 regulatory and warning signs. The scope of work for this RFP shall include survey of all regulatory, warning, and guide signs in the Citys road network. Communication with City staff about the scope of services or anything else related to this RFP is forbidden If any proposer has any question regarding the meaning of any part of this RFP, or finds discrepancies in or omissions from this RFP, the proposer shall submit questions through the City of Fremont bidding provider by August 9, 2023 no later than 3 p.m. All responses to questions will be posted Electronically All responsive proposals shall be reviewed and evaluated by the City in order to determine which proposer best meets the Citys needs for this Project. The criteria by which the City shall evaluate proposals are set forth in this RFP. The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or waive any irregularities in any proposal or the proposal process. The City reserves the right to negotiate the terms of the Agreement for this Project with one or more proposers
