The County of Santa Clara (the County) is requesting bids from vendors to provide Roll-Up and Fire Rated Doors Maintenance and Repair Services for the County of Santa Claras Facilities and Fleet (FAF), County of Santa Clara Health System (HHS), and Roads and Airports (RDA) as specified under this Invitation to Bids (ITB). This ITB may result in a three (3) year contract with two (2) one-year extensions. The quantities indicated are based on Countys estimated annual usage. The County, however, does not and cannot guarantee the quantity and dollar volume to be ordered. Where a contract or purchase order is awarded, the required products and/or services are to be provided on an as-needed basis or pre-determined schedule. Bidder must provide pricing in Section I for all line items to be considered for an award. Bidders are to complete the Bid Response Form spreadsheet in its entirety and upload the file to Periscope Holdings bid management site. Please read the instructions included in the Bid Response Form spreadsheet carefully. DO NOT include any sales taxes or government-imposed fees as County will calculate these at the time of the award. Section III Bidder(s) must complete, sign, and submit the ITB Bidders Representation and Declaration Submittal Form With Local Preference to be considered for an award. Within 3 days of the County's notification, the apparent successful Bidder will be required to submit the following documents: - Insurance certificates in compliance with County Insurance Requirements - Signed Exhibit - County of Santa Clara COVID-19 Requirements and Contractor Certification of Compliance - Completed and signed Exhibit - Designation of Subcontractors Form Question Deadline 07/31/2023 at 3:00 PM PT
