Renovation of an educational facility in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
It is the intent of the Halifax Regional Centre for Education (HRCE) to have all work completed, to the point of Ready-for-Takeover, prior to October 31, 2023 The HRCE reserves the right to reject any bid in its sole and absolute discretion for any reason whatsoever and the HRCE will not necessarily accept the lowest bid. The HRCE specifically reserves the right to reject all bids if none are considered to be satisfactory in the HRCEs sole and absolute discretion and, in that event,at its option, to call for additional bids. The amount of ten percent (10%) of the Bid Price made payable to, or naming HRCE the successful contractor must provide a Performance Bond and a Labour & Material Payment Bond, each in an amount equal to fifty percent (50%) of the amount of the Contract, naming HRCE.
