Renovation of a municipal facility in Conroe, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
By means of this IFB, it is the intention of the TEXAS A&M FOREST SERVICE to acquire bids for replacement of electrical wiring, outlets, fixtures, exhaust fans, and smoke detectors in our office at the W.G. Jones State Forest in Conroe, Texas. Reference Attachment B & C for details. Central standard time (cst). Should an addendum be required, it will be issued by july 26, 2023 2:00 p.M. Central standard time (cst). The TEXAS A&M FOREST SERVICE reserves the right to make an award on the basis of low line item bid, low total of line items, or in any other combination that will serve the best interest of the TEXAS A&M FOREST SERVICE and to reject any and all bid items at the sole discretion of the TEXAS A&M FOREST SERVICE.
