Site work for a mixed-use development in Modesto, California. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and water / sewer project.
The project will remove non-functioning rockwells and stormwater to sanitary sewer crossconnections, install new storm drain piping and inlets, a new underground stormwater storage system at J.M. Pike Park, replace park irrigation and turf, and replace water mains, meters, services, and fire hydrants in select locations throughout the J.M. Pike Park neighborhood. Additional Doc Acq Note: For shipping requests, a Federal Express or UPS account must be provided, or other arrangements may be requested. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Email all questions to: J.M._Pike_Park_Stormwater_to_Sanitary_Sewer_CC_Bid_Questions@docs.ebuilder.net by 4:00 p.m., no later than 7 business days prior to the bid opening. All bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope and shall be accompanied by cash, cashiers check, certified check, or bidders bond made payable to the City of Modesto, for an amount equal to at least 10 percent of the amount of said bid (351 days from Substantial Completion) Project No. 2023-18 (101313) & (100851)
