Demolition, site work and new construction of a playground / park / athletic field in Clinton, Iowa. Completed plans call for the demolition of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field.
The project includes the following at 3900 N 3rd Street Clinton, Iowa. 1. Protect existing building and surroundings from demolition. 2. Re-secure loose decking with nails or screws. 3. Provide and install 36-inch water and ice shield to all eaves and valleys totally adhered to wood decking, per code. 4. Provide and install synthetic underlayment. 5. Provide and install 2-inch aluminum metal edging around perimeter. 6. Provide and install new aluminum step flashing, pipe flashing and counter flashing to chimney and walls as needed. 7. Provide and install proper ventilation. (roof louvers) 8. Provide and install Malarkey Vista seal-down architectural self-sealing shingles with lifetime limited MFG warranty or equivalent shingle. 9. Clean all debris from gutters and run magnet through grass and pavement daily. 10. Provide and install all accessories to complete installation. 11. Replacement of rotten wood is an addition cost with owners consent at (quote) The City of Clinton is accepting bids for the removal and reconstruction of the roofing on the Eagle Point Park house and 5-Car garage.
